Is laundry available on-site?
Yes! The BEAR Center has a laundry facility located on the ground floor of the building, just downstairs from the apartments. As a resident, you have complimentary access to washers and dryers at no additional cost - just bring your own laundry supplies. Please note that the laundry facility is shared between all units and BEAR Center members, so we ask that you be mindful of others when scheduling your laundry.
What is included in the monthly rent?
Your monthly rent covers everything - water, electric, trash, and Wi-Fi are all included so what you see is what you pay.
How long can I stay? Is this a short-term or long-term rental?
Our apartments are designed for mid-term stays. Ideal for contractors, traveling professionals, and those temporarily working in the area. Some units may also be available for nightly rentals, so availability varies. Reach out to us directly to learn more about current availability and find the right fit for your needs.
How many units are there, and will I have neighbors?
The BEAR Center is home to four studio apartments, all located on the second floor of the building. These are not secluded units - you will share walls with other apartments. It's a great fit for those who are comfortable in a small, shared building environment and enjoy a sense of community while still having their own private space.
Are pets or smoking allowed?
To ensure a comfortable experience for all residents, all units are strictly smoke-free ad pet-free. We appreciate your understanding!
