restroom & Shower FacilitiEs
Clean, accessible restrooms and private shower rooms are available on-site for all members and residents. Two spacious bathrooms are designed to accommodate wheelchair users, and two private standing shower rooms are available for those who need to freshen up during or after their workday.
SELF-SERVICE
Laundry FacilitY
Our on-site laundry facility is available to residents and coworking members during center hours. With two washers and two dryers, its a convenient, self-service option for getting laundry done without leaving the building. We ask that guests bring their own laundry supplies, though a limited selection is available on-site if needed.
Fully Equipped
Shared kitchen
Our shared kitchen goes beyond the basics. Equipped with a microwave, stove/oven, and refrigerator, along with a full selection of cookware and utensils, it has everything you need to cook, prep, or simply heat up a meal during your workday.
PRIVATE
Phone Booth
Don't let an important call send you outside. The BEAR Center's private phone booth gives you a quiet, enclosed space to take calls or have a private conversation - right here in the building.

Hospitality bar
Start your morning right or power through the afternoon with a stop at our complimentary hospitality bar. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, creamer, sugar, and more are available at no charge - because a good workday deserves a good drink.
